A creator database that keeps itself current

Bloger Agency runs a database of 2,000+ lifestyle creators in Uzbekistan. It went stale faster than the team could recheck the contacts. We are building a system that keeps it current on its own.

01 Context

The database is the main asset, and it kept going stale

Bloger Agency keeps a database of 2,000+ lifestyle creators and influencers in Uzbekistan. A brand comes in with a brief: they need someone with a particular audience and subject. The agency picks a match out of the database.

The trouble is that creators change faster than the database keeps up. Audiences grow or shrink, people switch topics, some go quiet altogether.

Rechecking thousands of contacts by hand is work with no end.

02 Why we started here

The problem wasn't the database, it was the speed

The database wasn't the problem. How fast it went stale was.

The team couldn't keep up by checking it manually. So the database has to update itself, without anyone on the team opening a profile by hand.

03 What we are building

A database that watches itself

A system that keeps an eye on creators in the background and pulls in fresh numbers without the team touching it.

Bloger Agency gets a database they can trust as it stands, rather than one they have to verify before putting it in front of a brand.

What will appear here

This case is still being built. Materials, screenshots and the result will go here once the project is finished: a creator record before and after an update, and a view of the database at scale.
