01 What we collect

We only collect what you give us on purpose, plus what the site needs technically to work:

• Contact details — your name, Telegram handle, email address or phone number, if you give them to us when you get in touch or book a call.
• What you tell us — information about your task or business process that you share in messages or on a call.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, where you came from, and what you do on the site. This is collected automatically through cookies and web analytics.

02 Why we process it

We use personal data only to:

• get back to you about your enquiry and arrange a call;
• put together and discuss a proposal;
• deliver the work and stay in touch during the project;
• improve the site and see which ad channels work, in aggregate form.

03 Legal grounds

We process data on the basis of your consent, given when you send us an enquiry, as well as to perform a contract and for our legitimate interest in communicating with current and prospective clients. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

04 Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and web analytics services to understand how visitors use the pages and to improve them. Cookies do not hold data that identifies you directly. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then stop working properly.

05 Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed by the services we use to run the site and communicate:

• call scheduling platforms (for example, Cal.com);
• messengers (for example, Telegram);
• our hosting provider and web analytics systems.

We keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and alteration. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. By continuing to use the site you accept the version in force.
